The first commissioning work to come of the Bambuild series was for a boutique space out at Dayboro. The clients were reinventing the town’s old Butter Factory into a living space for makers, plants and local artisans. The design for this project was all about the entrance into the space. This was achieved with a slight parabolic curve to the angled members and the use of branches on the top of the structure to enhance light filtering effects for the user. This project was undergone in partnership with Steve Szell.
