colonisation and the temporary intervention...

The European colonisation during the age of discovery has a lot to answer for.
I’ll leave it for your own interpretation.

Colonisation is a permanent force on the land - BANG - “I am here, this land is mine now.”  By providing a typical museum for Florianopolis, would we not be reenacting the colonisation process?

It is divised that the intervention act as an invasion that is permanently impermanent.

Essentially it provides a blank canvas - awaiting cultural colonisation.
People become the authors of their own habitat - allowing culture to naturally progress.

The intervention might last 100 years - it might last 100 days - it all depends on the people, climate and time of day.
